Ms. Olotu’s educational journey began at Corona School Gbagada in Lagos, followed by her time at Federal Government Girls College Sagamu. She later pursued a degree in Economics at the University of Ibadan, graduating in March 2005. Following her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with the Cross River State Government, she earned a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management, from the University of Lagos.
With over 15 years of diverse professional experience across telecommunications, public service, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Ms. Olotu has demonstrated her leadership in a variety of sectors. She holds a certification in Social Sector Management from the Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of the Lagos Business School, a program supported by the African-American Institute and Coca-Cola Foundation. She is also a Certified Social Entrepreneur and has completed numerous courses in Human Resources, Tax Administration, Project Management, and Public Policy.
Ms. Olotu is an associate member of both the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD) and Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ). Her strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills have earned her recognition as a forward-thinking and strategic leader. Recently, she was selected to participate in the prestigious African Civic Engagement Academy, supported by the U.S. Government in collaboration with the University of Georgia.
